Richard and Mayumi Heene of Fort Collins, Colorado, released a giant helium balloon in the air, claiming their six-year old son, Falcon, was with the balloon.  National Guard helicopters chased the balloon and no body was found.  He was hiding in his parents’ attic.  Wolf Blitzer did an interview with the family and when asked why he didn’t respond when people called out to him, he looked at his father and responded, “You guys said that, um, we did this for show.” Both parents had to pay fines and serve short prison sentences for their actions.

Will Smith rushed the stage and slapped Chris Rock.  Will Smith was not happy that Chris Rock made a joke at Jada Pinkett Smith’s expense.  Chris Rock was telling jokes before presenting the award for Best Documentary at the 94th Academy Awards. Jada has openly discussed her struggles with hair loss and alopecia.
